We know that the greatest athletes require Strength and Conditioning at the highest level. We provide our athletes with the opportunity to become stronger, more effective athletes at all corners of fitness. Whether you are looking for a one-on-one personal training session, a group session or training for your entire team, we provide detailed programs to make you great.
Our training programs progress in three major steps, each lasting around 4 weeks:
C.E.S. - The first portion of our program is our Corrective Exercise Series. We look at our athletes biomechanical movement patterns and make changes to allow them to move more efficiently. On top of this, it allows us to see any unbalances and/or dysfunctions that can lead to injuries further down the road. A ton of learning and rewiring done here!
ReMo - Secondly, we go into our remodeling phase. Here, we teach our athletes both how to load the appropriate parts of our body while being explosive AND push the boundaries of power/force they think they can produce. In this phase, we do a lot of super sets, putting the body and CNS (central nervous system) under a lot of stress, then demanding it perform an explosive action right after.
Pure Strength - We’ve made it this far, so our final phase is to ramp up our strength. We run faster, lift heavier and hold longer to build how much force we can generate to improve our sprints, jumps and attacks.
